the eyewitness works development by capital&centric is a community of 97 design-led apartments, duplexes, and townhouses across three incredible buildings. eyewitness works and ceylon works, both grade II listed former cutlery works, and brunswick, an industrial-style new build.

brunswick is a blank industrial canvas with huge dual-aspect windows that overlook trees and flood the rooms with natural light. we had fun selecting a playful dressing pack to overlay onto the high-spec furniture packs with each home.

artworks were chosen to compliment the HAY products and we used large planting to bring through the botanical atmosphere of the three lush green courtyard gardens, available to all residents.

our main pallet utilises the subtle vibrancy of HAY products to produce a fun, yet sophisticated aesthetic.
